Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Who we are
This policy covers casinopostbox.com (“we”, “us”), operated by NCO (PVT) LTD (company number 14356538), 138 Portsmouth Road, Cobham, KT11 1HX. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at help@casinopostbox.com. We are a comparison site only — we never collect betting, payment or gambling account data, because no such activity takes place here.
What we collect
- Usage data: standard server logs and, where you consent to analytics cookies, anonymised information about pages visited, device type and approximate location (country/region level).
- Contact data: if you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.
- Click data: when you follow an outbound casino link, the link includes tracking parameters identifying this site as the source. The operator and its affiliate network process that data under their own privacy policies.
Why we process it
- To run and secure the website (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
- To answer your messages (legitimate interests, or steps prior to a contract for partnership enquiries).
- To measure site performance via analytics, only where you have consented (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To receive affiliate commission reporting, which is aggregated and does not identify you to us by name.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell personal data.
- We don’t run advertising networks on this site.
- We don’t receive your identity, deposits, bets or balances from any operator.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Contact correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then up to 24 months in case of follow-up. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.
Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under contract. When you click through to an operator, you leave this site and that operator’s privacy policy applies — read it before registering.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
